Purchasing

You can purchase our products directly on our website.  Alternatively, you can email your purchase order to info@camelhug.com  our sales rep will contact you within 24 hours.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Shipment will be made via the most cost effective courier service, and the shipping charge will be shown at time of check-out.

Customized Logo

We can accommodate requests to customize the logo for you, provided the lawful right to use such logo is legitimate. Camel Hug Manufacturing Inc. assumes no responsibility and shall in no way be held liable for any trademark infringement arising from customer's request.

Returns

• If you find error or discrepancy with the delivered order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will replace it at our cost if the discrepancy was identified as our fault.

• All returns require our Return authorization (RA) number and must be obtained within 14 days from receipt of goods.

• Returned goods must be shipped with all pertaining documentation and with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, within 7 days of issuance.

• All returns must be shipped with freight prepaid, or the return shipment will not be accepted.

Sales Tax Exemption

Business accounts are required to provide a copy of the original, signed Retail Sales Tax Purchase Exemption Certificates for the applicable provinces.
